    Scope

    Where off-the-shelf connectors stop

Online, Desktop and Enterprise are different

QuickBooks Online uses Intuit's cloud API; Desktop and Enterprise connect through the QuickBooks Web Connector. We scope the edition you run instead of forcing one connector onto all three.

    Order detail vs. summary posting

Posting every order can clutter the books; summaries can hide errors. We agree the posting level with your accountant and keep it consistent.

    Marketplace settlements that must reconcile

Settlement reports mix sales, fees, refunds and adjustments. We break them into entries that tie back to the deposit, so the books reconcile without a spreadsheet.

    Sales tax and item mapping

Channel SKUs, bundles and tax codes rarely match QuickBooks items. We maintain the mapping so orders post to the right items and tax lines.

    Managed service

    How it's managed

    • We build it around your process, not a template.
    • We monitor every flow, and we usually see a failure before you do.
    • We fix errors. You don't work an error queue.
    • We absorb change: retailer EDI spec updates, marketplace and ecommerce API changes, ERP upgrades.
    • One setup fee plus one annual managed fee. No surprise hours bills.
